Is it quicklinks or quick links?
We see “quick links” written both as two words and as one – “quicklinks”. So which should you use? If you're going to use the term, we recommend writing “quick links” as two words. “Quick” is an adjective and “links” is a noun.
Why are quick links important?
Quick links are a collection of links to frequently used application pages, which allow users to complete common actions. For example, searching for a person or accessing a page containing a list of the users assigned cases.
What is alternative link?
An alternate base URL is a domain (or subdomain) that you own and points to your website. For example, www.cpanel.net directs users to the homepage of www.cpanel.com. As mentioned, there are many reasons you might want to use an alternate base URL, which we'll look at more closely in a moment.
How do I change quick links in SharePoint?
If your page is not already in edit mode, select Edit at the top right of the page, and select the Quick links web part. Hover over the link you want to edit then select the Edit item pencil at the bottom of the item you want to edit.
